Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience

• Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain service excellence
• Analyze customer feedback to improve dining experiences
• Ensure team alignment with service standards

Financial Management

• Monitor budgets and implement cost-control measures
• Analyze sales reports and profitability metrics

Operations

• Oversee staff scheduling and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
• Track performance using operational KPIs

Leadership

• Develop training programs and mentor team members
• Identify and nurture emerging leaders

Requirements:

• Matric certification
• Proven restaurant management experience
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development
