Position Overview

Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations across reception, concierge, and switchboard services. Lead staff coordination to ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction standards.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hotel front office operations
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Proficiency in property management systems (FOSSE, Guestware)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
Train staff, manage shift operations, and maintain open communication channels across departments

Guest Experience Management:
Handle special requests, resolve complaints, and implement service improvement initiatives

Operational Excellence:
Monitor compliance with policies, optimize billing processes, and maintain security protocols
