Role Overview:
Lead our Front Office team at Radisson Hotel & Convention Centre Johannesburg, OR Tambo. This position combines guest service excellence with operational leadership in a dynamic hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes
- Train and supervise front office staff
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor service quality standards
- Coordinate with other hotel departments
- Manage inventory and budget compliance
- Handle administrative duties and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel front office operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- National Certificate in Hospitality (preferred)
