Role Overview:

Lead our Front Office team at Radisson Hotel & Convention Centre Johannesburg, OR Tambo. This position combines guest service excellence with operational leadership in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes
  • Train and supervise front office staff
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor service quality standards
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments
  • Manage inventory and budget compliance
  • Handle administrative duties and reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel front office operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts
  • National Certificate in Hospitality (preferred)
