Job Summary
Lead our front office operations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our premium 5-star establishment. Support the Front Office Manager in maintaining service excellence while overseeing daily operations and staff development.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 3+ years supervisory experience in luxury hospitality
- Proficiency in OPERA system and MS Office
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of labor relations and staff training techniques

- Manage front desk operations and guest service standards
- Coordinate staff scheduling and performance management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Implement training programs and safety protocols
- Maintain interdepartmental collaboration for seamless service
