Key Qualifications
- High school diploma with 3+ years frontline hospitality experience, OR
- 2-year hospitality degree with 2+ years supervisory experience
- Proven leadership capabilities in high-volume environments

- Manage daily operations across bell services, switchboard, and reception teams
- Develop staff training programs and recognition initiatives
- Resolve guest concerns with effective problem-solving
- Monitor service standards through guest feedback analysis
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency

- Proven team-building and conflict resolution abilities
- Financial acumen for department performance management
