Position: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Position Summary

Lead daily F&B operations at a premier hotel, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance. Manage culinary teams, restaurants, and beverage services while maintaining high standards. Report directly to the Director of F&B.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all restaurant, bar, and room service operations
  • Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop business strategies to meet financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
  • Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development
  • Monitor inventory and cost controls
  • Address guest feedback promptly and professionally

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven leadership in high-volume hospitality venues
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)
  • Flexibility for shift work and weekends
  • Computer literacy in hospitality management systems
