Position Summary
Lead daily F&B operations at a premier hotel, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance. Manage culinary teams, restaurants, and beverage services while maintaining high standards. Report directly to the Director of F&B.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant, bar, and room service operations
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop business strategies to meet financial targets
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
- Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development
- Monitor inventory and cost controls
- Address guest feedback promptly and professionally
Candidate Requirements
- Proven leadership in high-volume hospitality venues
- Strong financial management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)
- Flexibility for shift work and weekends
- Computer literacy in hospitality management systems
