Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Education: Matric + Hotel School Diploma/Equivalent
• Experience: 6 years F&B experience (2 years supervisory)
• Location: Brakpan, Gauteng

Core Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Lead daily F&B operations across restaurants and bars
• Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
• Manage stock control and equipment maintenance

Team Leadership

• Supervise 50+ staff members
• Conduct training programs
• Handle scheduling and payroll management

Financial Oversight

• Monitor budget performance
• Analyze cost of sales reports
• Manage supplier contracts and pricing

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record in hospitality management
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in hotel management systems

Physical Requirements

• Flexible shift availability
• Ability to lift 20kg+ equipment
