Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and departmental strategy alignment
- Produce accurate monthly/quarterly financial reports
- Manage budgeting processes and expenditure monitoring
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations
- Oversee annual financial statements preparation
- Supervise audit processes and risk management
- Manage team performance and professional development
- Optimize financial systems and governance frameworks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 7 years financial reporting experience
- Expertise in financial software systems
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
