Position Summary

Role: Full Time | Location: Gauteng
Experience: 3+ years FMCG | Qualifications: Finance/Accounting Degree (CIMA/CA preferred)

Core Responsibilities

  • Support strategic financial planning and business decision-making processes
  • Analyze monthly financial performance and identify operational risks/opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
  • Manage capital expenditure requests and cost optimization initiatives
  • Prepare financial models for new product development projects
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare management reports

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of ROI principles and cost accounting
  • Excellent data interpretation and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Commercial awareness within FMCG trade environment
