Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

  • Process invoices and payment batches using SAGE X3
  • Prepare payment journals and account reconciliations
  • Manage creditor reconciliations and document filing
  • Conduct asset verification and tagging

Systems Management

  • Administer RFP system and project payment modules
  • Verify contract deliverables in document tracking systems

Stakeholder Support

  • Resolve internal/external queries within 48 hours
  • Notify departments about payment issues promptly

Professional Development

  • Complete performance evaluations timely
  • Maintain updated finance knowledge
  • Prepare and submit reports according to schedule

Requirements

  • National Diploma/Degree in Finance or related field
  • 1 year minimum finance administration experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAGE preferred)
  • Public sector experience advantageous
