Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Process invoices and payment batches using SAGE X3
- Prepare payment journals and account reconciliations
- Manage creditor reconciliations and document filing
- Conduct asset verification and tagging
Systems Management
- Administer RFP system and project payment modules
- Verify contract deliverables in document tracking systems
Stakeholder Support
- Resolve internal/external queries within 48 hours
- Notify departments about payment issues promptly
Professional Development
- Complete performance evaluations timely
- Maintain updated finance knowledge
- Prepare and submit reports according to schedule
Requirements
- National Diploma/Degree in Finance or related field
- 1 year minimum finance administration experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAGE preferred)
- Public sector experience advantageous
