- Monitor cost controls and maximize profitability
- Coordinate staff training and performance management
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
- Manage inventory and supplier relationships
- Handle guest relations and special events
Candidate Requirements
- Proven leadership in upscale hospitality environments
- Strong operational and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and staff development abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Availability for flexible schedules including weekends
- Knowledge of industry trends and service innovations
