• Manage daily F&B operations across all outlets
• Develop service standards and operational procedures
• Monitor cost controls and maximize profitability
• Coordinate staff training and performance management
• Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
• Manage inventory and supplier relationships
• Handle guest relations and special events

Candidate Requirements

• Proven leadership in upscale hospitality environments
• Strong operational and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and staff development abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Availability for flexible schedules including weekends
• Knowledge of industry trends and service innovations
