Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Support
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and conduct monitoring visits
- Manage communication about TETA processes and requirements
- Organize provincial/national career exhibitions and project visits
Grant Administration
- Coordinate payments for chamber committee members
- Process Discretionary Grant (DG) applications and claims
- Monitor Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) implementation through site visits
Project Coordination
- Maintain SDF databases and organize industry workshops
- Prepare meeting materials for chamber committees
- Verify learner agreements and project deliverables
Reporting & Development
- Compile accurate reports using approved templates
- Mentor interns and implement development plans
- Ensure proper document management system updates
Requirements:
- Matric certificate + 3-year tertiary qualification in Education/Training or related field
- 5 years administrative experience with 3 years in ETD environment
- Knowledge of Skills Development Act and grant management processes
- Willingness to travel and work overtime when required
