Requirements
Essential qualifications and skills:

– 3+ years’ experience in social cohesion or human rights redress
– Strong understanding of:
• South African Constitution
• Public Finance Management Act
• Reparations Regulations
• Human Rights development frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidate will:
1. Implement and monitor TRC reparation programs
2. Develop victim support initiatives
3. Coordinate reconciliation awareness campaigns
4. Manage team resources and budgeting
5. Ensure compliance with national policies
