Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement OHS policies and annual plans
- Manage health & safety programs and committee operations
- Conduct risk assessments and facility inspections
- Oversee incident investigations and compensation claims
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and staff training
- Supervise maintenance operations and support staff
