Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management/Industrial & Organizational Psychology
- 3+ years’ supervisory experience in HR administration (service benefits focus)
- Expertise in Public Service legislative frameworks (PSA, PFMA, Treasury Regulations)
- Proven understanding of employment regulations and government financial policies
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee implementation of employee service conditions
- Coordinate policy execution for organizational benefits frameworks
- Manage administration of staff service benefits programs
- Lead resource allocation (human, financial, operational)
