Position Details:

• Job Type: Full Time
• Education:
  Grade 12 Certificate + National Diploma (NQF 6) / Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Travel, Tourism, SCM, or Business Management
• Experience: 3+ years in logistics, supply chain management, or travel coordination
• Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
• Field: Procurement / Supply Chain

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of public sector travel policies and SCM frameworks
• Proficiency in contract management, supplier performance evaluation, and risk analysis
• Experience in budget monitoring and policy alignment

Core Responsibilities:

Travel & Payment Coordination:

• Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and transport logistics
• Verify payments against government rates and contract terms
• Advise stakeholders on travel budget compliance

Compliance & Reporting:

• Monitor deviations in conference/venue bookings and analyze travel expenditure
• Update travel policies and validate authorization forms pre-trip

Supplier & Contract Management:

• Conduct quarterly supplier evaluations and industry benchmarking
• Develop contract agreements, track performance, and resolve compliance issues

Risk & Performance Oversight:

• Identify SCM operational risks and recommend corrective actions
• Generate quarterly performance reports and monitor irregular expenditures
