Position Details:

- Education:
Grade 12 Certificate + National Diploma (NQF 6) / Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Travel, Tourism, SCM, or Business Management - Experience: 3+ years in logistics, supply chain management, or travel coordination
- Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
- Field: Procurement / Supply Chain
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of public sector travel policies and SCM frameworks
- Proficiency in contract management, supplier performance evaluation, and risk analysis
- Experience in budget monitoring and policy alignment
Core Responsibilities:
Travel & Payment Coordination:
- Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and transport logistics
- Verify payments against government rates and contract terms
- Advise stakeholders on travel budget compliance
Compliance & Reporting:
- Monitor deviations in conference/venue bookings and analyze travel expenditure
- Update travel policies and validate authorization forms pre-trip
Supplier & Contract Management:
- Conduct quarterly supplier evaluations and industry benchmarking
- Develop contract agreements, track performance, and resolve compliance issues
Risk & Performance Oversight:
- Identify SCM operational risks and recommend corrective actions
- Generate quarterly performance reports and monitor irregular expenditures
