Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate with 3-year Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Risk Management, Accounting, Internal Audit, or Business Management
  • Postgraduate qualification in Risk Management (advantageous)
  • Valid Code B driver’s license
  • Professional registration with IRMSA/ACFESA (preferred)

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and integrity systems
  • Coordinate enterprise risk assessments and fraud prevention strategies
  • Implement governance frameworks and business continuity plans
  • Monitor compliance with financial disclosure requirements
  • Manage anti-corruption initiatives and staff awareness programs
  • Prepare risk reports for executive committees
