Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate with 3-year Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Risk Management, Accounting, Internal Audit, or Business Management
- Postgraduate qualification in Risk Management (advantageous)
- Valid Code B driver’s license
- Professional registration with IRMSA/ACFESA (preferred)
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and integrity systems
- Coordinate enterprise risk assessments and fraud prevention strategies
- Implement governance frameworks and business continuity plans
- Monitor compliance with financial disclosure requirements
- Manage anti-corruption initiatives and staff awareness programs
- Prepare risk reports for executive committees
