Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: R468,459 per annum
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management or related field
- 3+ years HR experience with focus on recruitment & employee benefits
- Proven track record in public sector HR regulations implementation
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Public Service Act & Regulations
- Employment Equity Act
- Basic Conditions of Employment Act
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment team operations and service benefits administration
- Develop staff retention strategies and HR policies
- Oversee employee benefits programs:
- Leave management
- Pension and medical schemes
- Relocation support
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes
- Ensure compliance with personnel screening requirements
Essential Skills
- Advanced verbal/written communication abilities
- Strategic planning and policy implementation
- Conflict resolution and team leadership
- Data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure
