Core Responsibilities
Committee Coordination:
Manage preparation of meeting agendas and minutes for procurement committees
Maintain records of decisions and follow up on implementation
Quality Assurance:
Review committee documentation for compliance
Manage confidential records and databases
Team Leadership:
Supervise staff performance and development
Allocate workloads and conduct skills training
