Job Purpose

  • The Department of the Premier in the Western Cape Government seeks a skilled individual to manage and deliver practice enablement and development services. This role supports departmental capacity, transversal job design, organization design and alignment, and service delivery initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • An appropriate 3-year National Diploma or B-Degree (or higher) in Social Sciences, Humanities, Industrial Psychology, Public and Business Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
