Key Responsibilities:
- Lead staff mentoring programs to enhance productivity
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements
- Optimize team communication and workplace culture
- Analyze and improve business processes for operational efficiency
- Manage academic year financial operations including registrations and refunds
- Coordinate NSFAS fund calculations and disbursements
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies through workshops and meetings
- Oversee financial reporting and year-end closure processes
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial systems management
- Advanced understanding of accounting principles
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PeopleSoft financial software
- Background in higher education financial aid administration
