Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies, Public Administration, or Statistics
- Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation (advantageous)
- 3+ years’ experience in planning, monitoring, evaluation & reporting
- Health sector experience preferred
Technical Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Understanding of public sector performance monitoring frameworks
- Strong data analysis & report writing skills
- Knowledge of legislative requirements for public service reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze program performance data and prepare progress reports
- Monitor strategic plan implementation
- Coordinate multi-source reporting for quarterly/annual organizational reviews
- Develop monitoring & evaluation frameworks/tools
- Support organizational planning processes
- Facilitate audit response coordination for performance data
