Experience: Minimum 3 years post-registration
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
Key Requirements
- 4-year Physiotherapy degree with HPCSA registration (2025/2026)
- 3+ years clinical experience including management-level responsibilities
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and public service policies
- Valid driver’s license and computer literacy
Core Responsibilities
- Lead department operations and quality assurance programs
- Develop treatment protocols aligned with national health strategies
- Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
- Supervise staff development and clinical training programs
- Oversee student internships and research initiatives
Key Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in clinical physiotherapy practices
- Effective communication and financial management abilities
