Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Education Requirements:
– Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
– Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field - Experience: 3-5 years in project management/business development (including 3 years supervisory experience)
- Location: Gauteng Province
- Department: Administration/Project Management
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with SETAs, government agencies, and industry leaders
- Coordinate funding proposals and sponsorship opportunities
- Manage student internship programs and workplace learning initiatives
- Conduct research to identify partnership opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Lead team performance management and resource allocation
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement
- Strong proposal writing and project management skills
- Ability to analyze industry trends and create partnership strategies
