Position Details

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Required Education: National Diploma in Computer Science/IT (NQF Level 6)
• Experience Required: 3+ years in LAN/WAN environments
• Certifications: CCNA, ACSA, or HCIA required (CCNP/ACSP/HCIP preferred)
• Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
• Driver’s License: Required

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN/VoIP)
• Develop network configuration specifications and administration protocols
• Monitor data lines and internet connectivity
• Maintain disaster recovery plans for network systems
• Ensure compliance with data center/server room standards
• Manage UPS systems in server environments

Application Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Certification in network engineering
• 3 years practical experience
