Position Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license (exemption for persons with disabilities)
  • 3-4 years’ relevant experience post-qualification
  • Proven expertise in performance monitoring systems
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement monitoring & evaluation policies
  • Create performance reporting frameworks aligned with departmental plans
  • Conduct staff training on performance tracking methodologies
  • Verify and document non-financial performance data
  • Prepare quarterly/annual performance reports
  • Manage departmental performance monitoring processes
