Assistant Director: Monitoring and Evaluation (REF NO: PWI 25/31)

Position Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (exemption for persons with disabilities)
- 3-4 years’ relevant experience post-qualification
- Proven expertise in performance monitoring systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monitoring & evaluation policies
- Create performance reporting frameworks aligned with departmental plans
- Conduct staff training on performance tracking methodologies
- Verify and document non-financial performance data
- Prepare quarterly/annual performance reports
- Manage departmental performance monitoring processes
