- Proven experience in labour relations practice
- Comprehensive knowledge of:
- Labour Relations Act (66 of 1995)
- Public Service Regulations
- DPSA guidelines
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Manage disciplinary processes and represent the department in hearings
- Advise provincial stakeholders on labour relations matters
- Facilitate dispute resolution and collective bargaining processes
- Coordinate Provincial Consultative Forum activities
- Monitor compliance with labour regulations
- Prepare detailed reports on misconduct cases
- Represent department in mediation/arbitration proceedings
