Position: Assistant Director – ICT System Development

Position Details
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Minimum Education:
– Grade 12 Certificate
– NQF Level 6 qualification in IT/Computer Science/Information Systems or related field
(Bachelor’s Degree [NQF 7] preferred) - Experience Requirement: 2+ years in ICT at supervisory level
- Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document technical requirements across multiple stakeholders
- Design business process maps and maintain lifecycle management systems
- Develop technical specifications for business process automation
- Guide stakeholders through organizational change management
- Identify and resolve system dependencies/duplications
Essential Skills
- Experience with application development lifecycles
- Proficiency in ICT planning and service management
- Strong business process analysis capabilities
