Position: Assistant Director – ICT System Development

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Minimum Education:

    – Grade 12 Certificate

    – NQF Level 6 qualification in IT/Computer Science/Information Systems or related field

    (Bachelor’s Degree [NQF 7] preferred)
  • Experience Requirement: 2+ years in ICT at supervisory level
  • Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document technical requirements across multiple stakeholders
  • Design business process maps and maintain lifecycle management systems
  • Develop technical specifications for business process automation
  • Guide stakeholders through organizational change management
  • Identify and resolve system dependencies/duplications

Essential Skills

  • Experience with application development lifecycles
  • Proficiency in ICT planning and service management
  • Strong business process analysis capabilities
