Position: Assistant Director – ICT Governance and Service Delivery
Position Details:
- 📍 Location: Gauteng
- 📝 Employment Type: Full-Time
- 🎓 Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree + Matric
- ⏳ Experience: 3-5 years in ICT environment
- 🔧 Field: Information & Communication Technology
Essential Requirements:
- National Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Informatics (NQF 7)
- ITIL, COBIT or ISO certification
- Valid driver’s license
- 3-5 years ICT governance experience at officer level
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ICT service delivery monitoring and reporting
- Oversee IT infrastructure support and SLA compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and business continuity planning
- Develop ICT governance frameworks and policies
- Lead team supervision and stakeholder engagement
