Position: Assistant Director – ICT Governance and Service Delivery

Position Details:

  • 📍 Location: Gauteng
  • 📝 Employment Type: Full-Time
  • 🎓 Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree + Matric
  • ⏳ Experience: 3-5 years in ICT environment
  • 🔧 Field: Information & Communication Technology

Essential Requirements:

  • National Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Informatics (NQF 7)
  • ITIL, COBIT or ISO certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 3-5 years ICT governance experience at officer level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ICT service delivery monitoring and reporting
  • Oversee IT infrastructure support and SLA compliance
  • Conduct risk assessments and business continuity planning
  • Develop ICT governance frameworks and policies
  • Lead team supervision and stakeholder engagement
