Job Purpose
To facilitate the provision of Performance Management and Development systems.
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management/Public Administration/Public Management as recognised by SAQA
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience at Administration Officer/Practitioner level
- PERSAL Certificate
- A valid driver’s license
Knowledge
- Public Financial Management Act, Skills Development Act
- Public Service Act
- Treasury Regulations, Human Resource Management Policies, PERSAL, PMDS, SMS handbook, Batho Pele Principles, Basic Conditions of Employment Act
- Communication, report writing, policy interpretation and development, computer literacy, facilitation, problem solving, analytical skills
Duties
- Monitor implementation of Performance Management Development Systems
- Monitor compliance of Performance Management Development Systems
- Monitor alignment of Performance Agreements with Operational Plans
- Consolidate Personal Development Plans
- Maintain information on Performance Management Development System
- Conduct PMDS capacity building programmes
