Minimum Requirements

  • NQF Level 6 qualification in HR Management/Public Management/Industrial Psychology

    • Public Service regulatory frameworks
    • Employment Equity Act & Basic Conditions of Employment Act
    • Performance Management Systems
  • Proven supervisory experience in HR functions

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment processes and appointment procedures
  • Manage employee compensation, benefits, and service conditions
  • Administer leave entitlements and PILIR matters
  • Handle employment termination processes
  • Coordinate HR resource allocation and management
