- Employment Equity Act & Basic Conditions of Employment Act
- Performance Management Systems
- Proven supervisory experience in HR functions
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes and appointment procedures
- Manage employee compensation, benefits, and service conditions
- Administer leave entitlements and PILIR matters
- Handle employment termination processes
- Coordinate HR resource allocation and management
