Position: Assistant Director: Human Resource Administration
Location: Witbank Hospital, Nkangala District

Experience Level: Mid-Senior (3+ years supervisory experience)

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- NQF Level 6/7 qualification in HR Management/Public Administration/Public Management
- 3 years’ managerial experience in HR environment
- Proven PERSAL system expertise (minimum 4 certified courses)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Public Service regulations
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Management
- Oversee full recruitment cycle and staff appointments
- Administer employee benefits (leave, pensions, housing allowances)
- Manage staff transfers and terminations
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and audit requirements
- Prepare quarterly HR reports and statistical analysis
- Implement performance management systems
Strategic Support
- Contribute to organizational development plans
- Identify staff training needs and development programs
- Provide executive support to hospital leadership
Critical Competencies
- Advanced understanding of public sector HR frameworks
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
