Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- NQF Level 6/7 qualification in HR Management/Public Administration/Public Management
- 3 years’ relevant experience (including supervisory experience at managerial level)
- PERSAL system proficiency with 4+ certified courses
- Thorough understanding of public service regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR administration processes including recruitment and staff appointments
- Oversee employee benefits administration (leave, pensions, housing allowances)
- Coordinate performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and audit requirements
- Provide guidance on HR matters to staff and management
- Prepare HR reports and statistics
