Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • NQF Level 6/7 qualification in HR Management/Public Administration/Public Management
  • 3 years’ relevant experience (including supervisory experience at managerial level)
  • PERSAL system proficiency with 4+ certified courses
  • Thorough understanding of public service regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR administration processes including recruitment and staff appointments
  • Oversee employee benefits administration (leave, pensions, housing allowances)
  • Coordinate performance management systems
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and audit requirements
  • Provide guidance on HR matters to staff and management
  • Prepare HR reports and statistics
