Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- NQF Level 6 Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent
- HPCSA registration
- 3 years supervisory experience in HIV/AIDS/STI programs
- Knowledge of laboratory services and government health regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Implement quality management systems for HIV testing nationwide
- Manage procurement and distribution of approved test kits
- Train healthcare staff on rapid testing procedures and certification
- Support provincial HIV testing campaigns and outreach programs
- Monitor compliance with national testing standards
