Educational Requirements:

  • Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certificate
  • National Diploma in Labour Relations/Human Resource Management (NQF Level 6)
  • Valid RSA/Military driver’s license
  • Bonus Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (NQF Level 7)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee disciplinary processes including investigations and hearings
  • Manage grievance resolution procedures
  • Implement labor relations policies and practices
  • Coordinate health/safety and anti-criminality initiatives
  • Provide HR advisory services to financial staff
  • Supervise resource management including budgets and personnel

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in conducting workplace investigations
  • Knowledge of South African labor legislation
  • Training facilitation capabilities
  • Strong report writing skills
