Educational Requirements:
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certificate
- National Diploma in Labour Relations/Human Resource Management (NQF Level 6)
- Valid RSA/Military driver’s license
- Bonus Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (NQF Level 7)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee disciplinary processes including investigations and hearings
- Manage grievance resolution procedures
- Implement labor relations policies and practices
- Coordinate health/safety and anti-criminality initiatives
- Provide HR advisory services to financial staff
- Supervise resource management including budgets and personnel
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in conducting workplace investigations
- Knowledge of South African labor legislation
- Training facilitation capabilities
- Strong report writing skills
