About the Role
We seek a qualified professional to provide essential administrative and operational support services to the Community Development Worker (CDW) programme, ensuring effective service delivery across the Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial administration and resource allocation
- Coordinate general administrative functions
- Supervise support staff and ensure operational efficiency
- Implement knowledge management systems
- Monitor compliance with relevant legislation
Essential Requirements
- 3-year National Diploma in Public Administration/Business Management or related field
- 3 years’ experience in government administration
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
Required Competencies
- Comprehensive knowledge of public sector policies and regulations
- Strong financial management capabilities
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Project coordination experience
