About the Role

We seek a qualified professional to provide essential administrative and operational support services to the Community Development Worker (CDW) programme, ensuring effective service delivery across the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial administration and resource allocation
  • Coordinate general administrative functions
  • Supervise support staff and ensure operational efficiency
  • Implement knowledge management systems
  • Monitor compliance with relevant legislation

Essential Requirements

  • 3-year National Diploma in Public Administration/Business Management or related field
  • 3 years’ experience in government administration
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous)

Required Competencies

  • Comprehensive knowledge of public sector policies and regulations
  • Strong financial management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project coordination experience
