Position Summary

We seek a qualified professional to drive economic growth in financial services and ICT sectors. This role focuses on identifying investment opportunities, implementing sector strategies, and supporting provincial economic development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement sector development strategies and policies
  • Facilitate investment in priority economic sectors
  • Build stakeholder networks for collaborative development
  • Support market growth and sector promotion initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for investment programs

Qualifications & Experience

  • National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Investment Management (NQF 6/7)
  • 3+ years experience in project management or sector development
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B) required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualification in relevant field
  • Experience in public sector economic development

Remuneration

R468,459 – R561,894 per annum (Salary Level 9)
