Essential Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma/Degree (NQF 6/7) in Finance/Accounting/Auditing
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Competencies

• Government financial systems expertise (BAS, PERSAL, LOGIS)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with conditional grant frameworks
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage District Health Grant budgeting and reporting
• Coordinate quarterly financial submissions to National Health Department
• Oversee expenditure analysis and corrective actions
• Lead audit processes and risk management strategies
• Supervise finance team members
