Requirements
- Degree/Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Education, Training & Development, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in ETD coordination or similar environment
- Proven project support and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of policy implementation and performance management systems
Key Responsibilities
- Support ETD Professionalization projects and policy implementation
- Develop data collection tools and manage stakeholder communications
- Coordinate learning events, workshops, and policy consultations
- Provide learner support for enrollment, progress tracking, and issue resolution
- Manage databases, logistics, and operational risks for ETD programs
- Supervise resources including staff, budgets, and contracts
- Prepare reports and represent NSG at relevant forums
