Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF7) in HR Management/Labor Relations/Law
- Valid driver’s license
- 4 years’ relevant experience including 2 years at supervisory level
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Represent the organization in labor dispute resolution processes
- Manage documentation of all employment relations activities
- Oversee departmental disciplinary procedures
- Supervise section resources and personnel
