Position Details:

Field: Human Resources/Labor Relations

Requirements:

  • National Diploma (NQF6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF7) in HR Management/Labor Relations/Law
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 4 years’ relevant experience including 2 years at supervisory level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Represent the organization in labor dispute resolution processes
  • Manage documentation of all employment relations activities
  • Oversee departmental disciplinary procedures
  • Supervise section resources and personnel
