Position: Assistant Director: Employee Wellness

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Social Sciences

Experience Needed: 3-5 years supervisory experience in related field

Location: Limpopo Province

Department: Human Resources

Key Requirements:

  • Valid professional registration with relevant health/wellness body
  • Valid driver’s license (exemption for persons with disabilities)
  • Proven track record in employee wellness program management

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead workplace wellness initiatives and counseling services
  • Manage occupational health & safety programs (SHERQ/COID)
  • Coordinate HIV/AIDS awareness campaigns and support systems
  • Develop employee mental health support strategies
