Position: Assistant Director – Employee Health and Wellness
Job Summary

Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Education Requirements:
– Matric Certificate
– 3-year Degree/Diploma in Social Work/Psychology (NQF 6) - Professional Registration: SACSSP/HPCSA or relevant statutory body
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Employee Health & Wellness environment
- Location: Gauteng (Johannesburg)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive employee wellness programs
- Implement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) strategies
- Develop and review EHW policies aligned with public service guidelines
- Conduct workplace health risk assessments
- Manage occupational health and safety programs
- Lead diversity management initiatives (gender, disability, youth)
- Supervise EHW team members
- Coordinate health awareness campaigns (HIV/AIDS, chronic diseases)
