Requirements
- Degree in relevant field (SAQA-recognized)
- Proven experience in bid administration and procurement planning
- Knowledge of National Treasury regulations
- Supervisory capabilities in SCM operations
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement planning and annual procurement strategies
- Oversee tender processes and supplier database management
- Lead quotation processes within regulatory frameworks
- Advise stakeholders on SCM compliance matters
- Manage team performance and administrative functions
