Position: Assistant Director: Demand & Acquisition Management – Bid Administration

  • Experience: 3+ years in supervisory SCM (demand/acquisition)

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant field (SAQA-recognized)
  • Proven experience in bid administration and procurement planning
  • Knowledge of National Treasury regulations
  • Supervisory capabilities in SCM operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement planning and annual procurement strategies
  • Oversee tender processes and supplier database management
  • Lead quotation processes within regulatory frameworks
  • Advise stakeholders on SCM compliance matters
  • Manage team performance and administrative functions
