Position: Assistant Director: Credit, Travel and Subsistence
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Salary

R444,036 per annum

Requirements

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Cost Management/Accounting or related field
  • 3 years’ experience in financial management or related sector
  • Proficiency in BAS, LOGIS and PERSAL systems
  • Knowledge of Public Service financial regulations and SCM processes
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee accurate processing of financial transactions and claims
  • Ensure compliance with Treasury regulations and internal policies
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports
  • Manage supplier verification and system registrations
  • Supervise petty cash operations and revenue accounting
  • Provide financial guidance to regional managers
