Minimum Qualification:
National Diploma (NQF 6) or Bachelor’s degree in Law/LLB/B.Proc/B.Juris/Police Studies/Social Science/Criminology

- Valid driver’s license
- 3 years’ experience in prosecution, criminal investigations, or monitoring/evaluation

- Conduct docket and case monitoring across eThekwini police stations
- Evaluate implementation of policing policies and directives
- Monitor service delivery standards in case processing
- Investigate public complaints regarding police station operations
- Develop community safety partnerships and oversight frameworks
