Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet ONE of these professional criteria:
- Medical specialists in paediatrics/psychiatry OR General practitioners with 3+ years’ experience
- Therapists (Occupational/Speech/Audio/Physio/Art) with 3+ years’ practice
- Clinical/Counselling Psychologists with 2+ years’ experience
- Psychiatric/Paediatric nurses with 3+ years’ service
- Registered social workers with 2+ years’ experience
- Educators with 3-year teaching qualification + 3 years’ classroom experience
Additional Requirements
- Valid professional registration in relevant field
- NRSO vetting clearance certificate
- Driver’s license
- 3+ years supervisory experience in court intermediary services
- Court procedure and legal terminology knowledge
- Fluency in local court jurisdiction languages
Key Responsibilities
- Manage court intermediary services across multiple locations
- Oversee service reporting and statistical analysis
- Coordinate training programs for court intermediaries
- Maintain court testimony facilities and equipment
- Supervise support staff and manage team performance
