Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet ONE of these professional criteria:

  • Medical specialists in paediatrics/psychiatry OR General practitioners with 3+ years’ experience
  • Therapists (Occupational/Speech/Audio/Physio/Art) with 3+ years’ practice
  • Clinical/Counselling Psychologists with 2+ years’ experience
  • Psychiatric/Paediatric nurses with 3+ years’ service
  • Registered social workers with 2+ years’ experience
  • Educators with 3-year teaching qualification + 3 years’ classroom experience

Additional Requirements

  • Valid professional registration in relevant field
  • NRSO vetting clearance certificate
  • Driver’s license
  • 3+ years supervisory experience in court intermediary services
  • Court procedure and legal terminology knowledge
  • Fluency in local court jurisdiction languages

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage court intermediary services across multiple locations
  • Oversee service reporting and statistical analysis
  • Coordinate training programs for court intermediaries
  • Maintain court testimony facilities and equipment
  • Supervise support staff and manage team performance
