- Valid driver’s license
- Thorough understanding of SCM regulations and contract frameworks
- Proven leadership and team management skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage contract modifications and variations
- Evaluate price adjustments and service delivery compliance
- Monitor supplier performance against service level agreements
- Lead team development and performance management
- Oversee departmental resource allocation
- Facilitate dispute resolution processes
Performance Excellence:
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews
- Implement staff training programs
- Maintain ethical supplier relationships
- Ensure operational alignment with strategic objectives
