Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee collective bargaining processes and labor relations
  • Advise management on labor relations strategies
  • Establish regional consultation frameworks
  • Analyze impact of labor policies
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and grievance processes
  • Lead team performance management
  • Develop staff training programs
