- Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Certificate in HR Management/Labour Law (NQF 6/7)
- Experience Required: 3 years (including 2 years supervisory experience)
- Location: Gauteng Province
- Department: Human Resources & Labour Relations
- License Requirement: Valid Driver’s License
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee collective bargaining processes and labor relations
- Advise management on labor relations strategies
- Establish regional consultation frameworks
- Analyze impact of labor policies
- Facilitate conflict resolution and grievance processes
- Lead team performance management
- Develop staff training programs
