Core Responsibilities:

  • • Oversee all departmental case management processes
  • • Implement labor agreements and dispute resolutions

  • • Develop regional consultative structures and labor policies
  • • Provide guidance on employee relations matters
  • • Train managers on labor relations protocols
  • • Manage team performance and development
