Core Responsibilities:
- • Oversee all departmental case management processes
- • Implement labor agreements and dispute resolutions
- • Conduct workplace investigations and disciplinary proceedings
- • Develop regional consultative structures and labor policies
- • Provide guidance on employee relations matters
- • Train managers on labor relations protocols
- • Manage team performance and development
