Key Requirements
- Recognized qualification in Labour Relations/Labour Law
- 3 years’ experience in labour relations management
- Understanding of public sector employment regulations
Core Responsibilities
- Manage labour relations processes for educators and public servants
- Implement labour policies and collective agreements
- Facilitate dispute resolution and grievance procedures
- Coordinate with employee organizations and unions
- Maintain dispute resolution databases and records
- Prepare reports for provincial collective bargaining structures
