Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant field

Key Requirements

  • Recognized qualification in Labour Relations/Labour Law
  • 3 years’ experience in labour relations management
  • Understanding of public sector employment regulations

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage labour relations processes for educators and public servants
  • Implement labour policies and collective agreements
  • Facilitate dispute resolution and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate with employee organizations and unions
  • Maintain dispute resolution databases and records
  • Prepare reports for provincial collective bargaining structures
